WorkScript Product Family

The WorkScript Knowledge and process management platform is available in three editions:

  1. A free, web based edition called gStepOne, designed for use with Google Tools.
  2. A corporate edition called WorkScript Enterprise available via subscription or installed in-house.

1. gStepOne - the free Google Wizard Writer

  • Completely web based.
  • Free to all users.
  • Underpinned by Google Applications and selected web applications.
  • Delivers up to 15 basic Wizards that provide Knowledge Management and improved productivity for small business.
  • The gStepOne Beta was first available from August 2007. gStepOne Version 1.0 was released on 1st December 2008 and Version 2.0 on 29 February 2009.

2. WorkScript Enterprise

  • Web or in-house (intranet) based.
  • Sold by subscription or outright purchase.
  • Underpinned by either Google Applications or Microsoft Office, with interactive links to in-house and web-based applications and services.
  • Delivers professional Wizards for enhanced Knowledge Management and improved productivity together with comprehensive reporting and performance measurement.
