Process Performance Lab The Process Performance Laboratory (PPL) is our cloud-based, fast-set-up test lab for clients wishing set up and test operational processes in a real-world environment. For example to trial new processes; to monitor their execution; to identify and resolve issues arising; or to demonstrate and measure improved performance. The trial lasts for a finite period and is structured around your specific test goals and measures, and the involvement of client staff.

The PPL works as follows:

• Users access the site and login via an encrypted password.
• Once logged in, users can document trial processes using the WorkScript Process Map Designer and define any management reports they require.
• Having loaded the processes and defined the reports, client staff login to the system via the Internet, and use the processes for a nominated trial period.

The PPL provides:

• Hands-on, focused and effective just-in-time process training for all users
• A mechanism for ensuring compliance with the new processes during implementation testing
• A vehicle for feedback on issues during the execution of the processes
• Performance metrics for demonstrating the improvements achieved.

The PPL is a great way for clients to demonstrate the ongoing benefits of using WorkSript as an operational improvement tool.

The costs for the trial (including setup and training) are based on a fee of A$800 plus GST per day. A typical trial runs for 3-4 weeks.
