What is WorkScript?
WorkScript is a real-world Knowledge Management environment that enables organisations to convert passive knowledge about their processes into interactive WorkScript Wizards that enable all staff to complete processes as competently as the experts.
For Process Owners
The WorkScript system enables process staff to design, map and document processes in detail. WorkScript then automatically converts the maps to wizards that coach staff through the process, providing live links to the applications and resources they need at each step.

For Users
WorkScript Wizards provides the user with full, in-context support for each step of the process/task being performed. This support can be: multimedia training, policy information, advice/hints on what to do or who to contact (for expert advice). More importantly, the appropriate tool to perform each step is automatically launched and loaded with the correct template/form/screen. It can simplify the performance of even the most complicated business process, so that results are consistent and errors are dramatically reduced.
