System Overview

WorkScript is a Knowledge Management database that links process maps to policies, procedures, work instructions, reference documents, training material, and applications.  It then uses these maps to generate interactive wizards for operational tasks.

Using WorkScript, your company can codify and centralise hard-won knowledge and know-how in a concrete and easily transferable form, so the Knowledge stays put when the experts move on. 

 Each WorkScript Wizard can teach newcomers, in part by explaining the individual steps that lead to a given choice, but more importantly, by guiding them through the steps required to produce your company’s desired outcomes.

 WorkScript maps not just process maps.  They are complete Knowledge records.  Each map is a step by step procedure, and each step stores links to its associated work instruction, training, policy and to the application needed to perform the step.  And WorkScript uses these relationships to generate interactive procedure wizards.
